Small-Group LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT Program
Lead With Intention
Intentional Leadership for Emerging Leaders
You don't need a leadership title to begin becoming a leader.
Lead With Intention is a small-group leadership development program for employees and emerging leaders who want to become more effective, influential, intentional, and prepared for greater responsibility.
Grounded in the philosophy of The Twelve Intentions, the program brings intentional living into the workplace and combines it with practical leadership skills participants can begin using in their current roles.
Leadership doesn't begin with a title.
It begins with how you show up today.
the program
What Is Lead With Intention?
Many people receive their first leadership opportunity before anyone has actually taught them how to lead.
Others wait for a promotion before they begin thinking of themselves as leaders.
Lead With Intention takes a different approach.
Leadership development can begin now — through the way you manage yourself, approach your work, communicate with others, respond to challenges, take responsibility, solve problems, contribute to a team, and help the people around you succeed.
Over the course of the program, participants explore twelve intentional leadership practices while developing practical workplace skills they can apply between sessions.
The goal isn't simply promotion.
The goal is readiness.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
Intentional Life Coaching - $1,695
This Is Not Traditional Management Training.
Lead With Intention doesn't begin with organizational charts, authority, or how to supervise employees.
It begins with the person.
Practical leadership skills are grounded in a broader philosophy of intentional leadership — greater awareness of how we choose, respond, communicate, contribute, and affect the people around us.
How can I practice this leadership skill from where I am today?
How will I use this skill when I am responsible for leading others?
THE FINAL SESSION
Leading With Intention
The program concludes by bringing all twelve intentions together.
Participants reflect not simply on what they learned, but on the kind of leader they are intentionally becoming.
Each participant develops a personal leadership vision and a practical 90-day leadership development plan.
Questions may include:
How do I want people to experience my leadership?
What responsibilities do I want to be ready for?
What skills do I need to continue developing?
What habits or behaviors need to change?
What do I want to be known for?
What is one intentional step I can begin taking now?
