Small-Group Coaching Program
The Twelve Intentions
A Guided Journey Toward More Intentional Living
What might change if you became more intentional about how you choose, respond, grow, connect, and move through your life?
The Twelve Intentions is a small-group coaching program built around twelve mindful reminders for living with greater awareness, clarity, courage, connection, and purpose.
Together, participants explore each intention, reflect on how it appears in their own lives, learn from one another, and put intentional living into practice between sessions.
Intentional living isn't about controlling every outcome.
It's about becoming more aware of the choices that are yours to make.

What Is The Twelve Intentions Group?
Life rarely slows down and asks us whether the direction we're moving still reflects what matters to us.
We react. We adapt. We meet expectations. We move from one responsibility to the next.
Sometimes we need enough space to notice.
The Twelve Intentions creates that space.
Through guided conversation, reflection, practical exercises, and real-life application, participants explore twelve intentions that can serve as reminders to pause, pay attention, reconnect with what matters, and make more deliberate choices.
This is not about creating a perfect life.
It is about becoming more present for the life you already have while participating more intentionally in the life you are creating.
who it's for
For Anyone Ready to Live With Greater Intention
You don't need to be facing a crisis or major transition to benefit from the program. Sometimes the desire to become more intentional is reason enough.
You're at a Crossroads
Something is changing, ending, beginning, or asking you to reconsider what comes next.
You're Ready to Grow
You recognize patterns, assumptions, habits, or fears that may no longer be serving the person you are becoming.
You Want Greater Clarity
You want to better understand what matters to you and how your everyday choices reflect those priorities.
You Want to Be More Present
You want to move through life with greater awareness, curiosity, connection, and appreciation rather than simply moving from one responsibility to the next.

Coaching Built Around You
Intentional Life Coaching is not a predetermined program or a twelve-step curriculum.
You may come to coaching with a specific challenge, an important decision, a desire for change, a professional goal, a life transition — or simply a sense that something deserves greater attention.
Together, we create the space to understand what is happening, clarify what matters, identify what may be getting in the way, and determine how you want to move forward.
The direction may evolve as the work does.
We’ll meet every other week for six 60-minute private coaching sessions over the 12-week engagement, giving you time between sessions to reflect, take action, and put new insights into practice.

HOW IT WORKS
Your Coaching Journey
01
Let's Talk
We begin with an introductory conversation about what brings you to coaching, what you're looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
02
Tell Me More
Before coaching begins, you'll complete a private intake questionnaire so I can better understand your circumstances, priorities, goals, and what meaningful progress might look like for you.
03
Begin the Work
We begin an initial 12-week coaching engagement centered on your needs. As new insights, questions, or priorities emerge, the coaching can evolve with you.
THE COMMITMENT
Why 12 Weeks?
One meaningful conversation can create clarity.
Meaningful change often requires time to do something with that clarity.
A 12-week engagement gives us the opportunity to explore, put insights into practice, experience what happens, reflect, adjust, and continue moving forward.
It also gives the coaching relationship enough continuity to move beyond the immediate issue and begin recognizing patterns that may not be visible in a single conversation.
At the end of the initial engagement, we can review your progress and decide together whether the work feels complete or whether continuing coaching would be valuable.
MY COACHING PHILOSOPHY
The Twelve Intentions
My coaching is informed by the philosophy behind The Twelve Intentions: Mindful Reminders for an Intentional Life.
The Twelve Intentions are not a required sequence for private coaching. Instead, they offer lenses that may become useful depending on what you are working through.
You may find yourself working with Focus while sorting through competing priorities, Courage while facing a difficult decision, Ground while reconnecting with what matters, or Transform while considering who you are becoming.
The intentions support the work. The coaching remains centered on you.
“The goal isn't for me to tell you what your life should look like. It's to help you become more intentional about determining that for yourself.”
